Consulting Services and Job Placement Support for Congregations

Jewish early childhood education is the basis for the Jewish future. Early Childhood Educators of Reform Judaism (ECE-RJ) is a non-profit membership organization that provides valuable content and resources to the educational leaders in the field of Jewish Early Childhood Education. Committed to building vibrant, contemporary, and inclusive educational communities, we support the professional growth of our colleagues.  Our membership works to bring people together in our institutions and to ensure the radiant and sustainable future of Jewish Early Childhood Education.

Consulting services are available for URJ Congregations who are working to vision for a cohesive Jewish early childhood experience with collaboration between the congregation and the early childhood center. Please contact Tricia Ginis, Executive Director for more information.

A request for placement information means that you are anticipating or considering a change of educational leadership for your school. The Early Childhood Educators of Reform Judaism (ECE-RJ) has created placement materials that are designed to help you as you move through the placement process. It will help you plan for a coordinated course of action, form a search committee, develop a timeline and inform your committee about ways to foster your new Early Childhood Educator's success.

This free 3 month membership is available to Union Of Reform Judaism member congregations and $180 for Non-URJ Congregations.
