ECE-RJ helps post positions, hire, and onboard a new Director of Early Childhood Education
ECE-RJ offers URJ Congregations the ability to have a free membership to ECE-RJ during the placement process. This allows the congregation 3 months free access to the private congregational member area of our website where all placement materials are available. It includes a 4-month job posting on our website for members to access as well as access to additional assistance with Tricia Ginis, Executive Director, ECE-RJ.
All other organizations may join ECE-RJ for $180 to gain access to the private congregational member area of our website where all placement materials are available. It includes a 3-month job posting on our website for members to access.
Once the search is over, we encourage membership in ECE-RJ for the newly hired Director of Early Childhood Education, as well as, the Assistant Director, Teachers, and stakeholders so that they can enjoy all the benefits ECE-RJ has to offer. ECE-RJ has a diverse membership spanning URJ Congregations, Conservative Congregations, JCC's, PJ Library, Early Childhood Educations Consultants, Specialists and more.
