Effective supervision to support teachers be confident, intentional educators.

As leaders, we are always looking for ways to be effective and reflective supervisors. Reflective Supervision is a way to build relationships and help teachers grow into confident, intentional educators. Join us as we discuss how using Reflective Supervision techniques can deepen and strengthen our connections through collaboration and a strength-based approach, and how self-awareness, observation, and flexibility play a role in this work. We’ll look at effective leadership, how we are currently leading, creating reflective meetings, and how to find the time so that we can fold Reflective Supervision into our practice.
