Equitable Hiring Training

Join the Reform Pay Equity Initiative (RPEI) for a Movement-wide training on how to create more equitable workplaces for employees. The training is free of charge, but donation encouraged.

The recordings will be available to those who register.

The program will provide participants with information about the importance of pay equity, implicit bias, equitable hiring practices, paid family and medical leave, and negotiation skills. Panelists include Fran Sepler of Sepler & Associates, Dr. Amy Beacom of Center for Parental Leave Leadership, and Prof. Andrea Schneider of the Cardozo Law School’s Kukin Program for Conflict Resolution.

This Equitable Hiring Training is designed for people who serve and/or are members of Reform congregations and institutions, as clergy, Jewish professionals, employees, and members who are lay leaders/volunteers. Come on your own or with your leadership team.
