As our early childhood centers re-open and grapple with new realities, the challenges that were evident before the pandemic are now magnified and new ones are emerging.
We must seize the moment and ensure effective strategies are in place to support strong collaborations/partnerships amongst our lay and professional leaders as priorities are set and essential decisions are made that will impact your ECEC and congregational community in the environment of COVID-19 and beyond.
Rabbi Rick Jacobs, Amy Asin and Cathy Rolland, RJE, invite you and at least one senior lay and/or professional member of your congregation’s leadership team, for a unique opportunity to come together with other congregational leaders (with ECECs) facing similar challenges, and begin to imagine what would be possible for us to do together, that we can’t do alone.
